The final date for Gujarat Common Entrance Exam 2020 has been declared, all those candidates who had applied for the entrance exam are notified that they will have to appear on the prescribed date i.e. 27/8/2020.
Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) is a state-level entrance exam that is conducted every year through the board for admission to Degree, Diploma (Engineering), and Pharmacy programs. Students who have aspired to pursue the Engineering curriculums are needed to appear in the exam as engineering colleges or institutions accept GUJCET-based admission for the engineering and pharmacy courses in the Gujarat state.
However, the exam date for GUJCET had been scheduled on March 31, 2020, and admit card for the exam had been also announced in March, but in view of Covid-19 pandemic which has been spread currently in every corner of India and abroad, exam date for CET extended that has been scheduled on August 24, 2020.
For the CET exam, the admit card will be available on July 31 at the board’s websites- gseb.org / gujcet.gseb.org. The board holds the GUJCET exam for Groups A, B, and AB.
Syllabus
GUJCET Exam 2020 will be held on the basis of the NCERT curriculum prescribed for Higher Secondary classes. In the exam, there will be 40 questions from the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. One mark will be awarded for each question.
