KVS Class 2 Admission 2021:Registration Begins, Know Important Details

Kendriya Vidyalaya Class 2 Admission Opens: After conclusion of admission for class nursery to class 1, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) on April 8, 2021 has started the registration process for Class 2  including other classes.

Aspirpous Parents who want to pursue their child in KVS must visit the official site – kvsangathan.nic.in, and should also check the KV admission 2021 procedure.

For admission in class 2 or above, parents are compulsory to register to their child by an offline at the office. The registration process has begun today which will be continued till April 15, 2021 and the lists of selected candidates will be revealed on April 19 at around 4: 00 pm.

According to notification of the KVS, the admission process for Class 2 including above classes will be started from April 20 that will be continued till April 27.

Admission to child will be accepted only on the basis of the Priority Category system. There is no any entrance exam for the admission to class 2.

But, for admission to Class 9, candidates are mandatory to appear in the entrance exam which merit list will be out for each category of priority separately. They will be appeared in the entrance exam for only one paper.

Candidates will have to give answers for 100 marks in three hours duration in which Hindi, English, Maths, Social Science and Science subjects will be comprised carrying 20 marks each. They will have to get at least 33 per cent marks in aggregate to qualify. qualified child will be determined to admission in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sansthan (KVS).

 If applicants are more than availability of the seats , KVS will grant admission to child on the basis of lottery system

Updated Details on April 2, KVS Registration Begins for Class 1: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has started the admission process of the class 1 students on April 1, 2021 for the academic session 2021-2022 on its official website – kvsangathan.nic.in. The registration process will be continued till April 19 at 7 :00 pm.

All details related to admission process along with guidelines for the COVID – 19, and age criteria of the child students have also been provided on its official website.

After conclusion of registration process, the first provisional list of the candidates will be released on April 23. In case seats remain unfilled from the first list, then a second provisional list will also be declared on April 30. Likewise, if seats remain unfilled even after the release of the second list, then a third provisional list will be released by KVS on May 5 on its official website. The provisional select list of candidates as per the priority service category for unreserved seats is to be declared from May 3 to 5 keeping the leftover reserved seats blocked. The admission to class 1 will be held by online mode.

KVS Admission Process 2021: The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) revealed the admission schedule for standard 1 today, March 30, 2021 at its official website – kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in.

The registration process for class 1 will be started from April 1 at 10 am to April 19 at 7 pm by online mode through its official website.

After the conclusion of the registration process, KVS will announce the first provisional list on April 23 according to the availability of seats, the second list will be declared on April 30 while the third provisional list will be released on May 5, 2021.

Parents are suggested to submit a single application only for one KV for one child. In a double shift Kendriya Vidyalaya, each shift will be treated as a separate KV for admission purposes.

Parents will have required some prominent documents during the registration which are enlisted below:  

  • Valid mobile number with an Indian SIM card
  • Valid email address
  • Digital photograph of the child seeking admission (JPEG file of size at most 256KB)
  • Scanned copy of the child’s birth certificate (JPEG or PDF file of size at most 256KB)
  • Details of government certificate in case you are applying under economically weak section
  • Transfer details of a parent whose service credentials will be used in the application

For admission in class 1, parents will have uploaded a scanned image of the birth certificate of the child through online mode. They will have produced the original birth certificate during admission and the certificate will be returned by the respective school after completion of verification.

For admission, application in the Single Girl Child category, parents must submit the application form and upload required documents on its official website.
