GUJCET Exam 2021 Schedule Out: The Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) is an entrance or competitive exam which is conducted to evaluate to candidates capability for admission to degree and diploma courses in engineering and pharmacy courses in Gujarat colleges. The test is valid for those students who want take admission at the Engineering Colleges of the Gujarat state.
The date of examination of the test has been declared on the official website – gujcet.gseb.org. The entrance test will be held by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board on August 6, 2021 at 10 am to 4 pm.
Candidates will be shortlisted by the board and they will be considered to admission on the student’s performance of the entrance exam. But, after completion of shortlisting, they will have to take part in the counseling process
Exam duration and Language
As per the official notice, the duration of the Physics and Chemistry paper is 120 minutes and the duration of Mathematics paper is 60 minutes. The exam can be written by students in any of the 3 languages- Hindi, English or Gujarati.
Question Pattern
The number of questions for every subject vary like- Maths (40), Physics (40) and Chemistry (40) and the candidates will be given one mark for every correct answer, and 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
Required Documents
Candidates will have to keep essential document during registration like educational qualification and residence, marksheet of Class 10 and Class 12, scanned images of passport sized photograph. Despite it, signatures in specified formats and a photo ID proof are also mandatory.
