CLAT 2020: Registration for Counselling Started on October 6, 2020

CLAT Entrance Exam 2020 – National Law Universities has been started permitted to register to candidates for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) counseling on October 6, 2020. The test had been taken to candidates by online mode through the National Law Universities across India with an objective of admission to the Law courses. The test is conducted every year by NLUs across India with the purpose to determine the candidate’s talent. Only, candidates who fulfill all eligibility in the context of law curriculum are eligible to get admission. Candidates can register online for the CLAT counselling to undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the National Law Universities for the academic session 2020-21.

NLUs accept CLAT based admission to candidates for the undergraduate and postgraduate courses. At first, candidates will be shortlisted by the NLU organization those are eligible for the counseling and then they will have to pay Rs 50,000 as CLAT registration fee for seat allocation.

However, The National Law Universities organization will start CLAT counselling 2020 in three phases. Out of which, the first counselling list of CLAT will be released on October 9, the second on October 11 and the third on October 14, 2020.

CLAT 2020 Counselling: Application Process

Step 3: Make Payment as application fee

Step 4: Choice Filling

Step 5: Press the submit button

As candidates have been notified on the base of CLAT official notification that the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is going to begin on September 28, 2020, Monday from 2 pm to 4 pm. only those candidates who have registered with the intent to admission for the Law curriculum will participate in the exam.

According to official notification of the CLAT consortium, a few instructions have been provided to candidates with the purpose to follow who has been found positive in the coronavirus test and treatment is going on under the medical department. Anyhow, tested positive in coronavirus candidates will be not allowed to take part in the exam.

Candidates are suggested to reach at the respective exam centre one hour before from start the examination. In the exam, 150 questions will be solved to candidates for undergraduate while 120 questions will consist of the postgraduate candidates.

Aspirants those are going to appear in the CLAT exam are suggested to carry essential documents at the exam hall as no candidates will be allowed to enter at the test centre if they do not bring their needful documents.

Some documents are listed here which are mandatory to bring at the exam centres:

  1. Black Ball Pen
  2. Admit Card
  3. I.D. Proof issued by the Government.
  4. Transparent water bottle.
  5. Own mask, gloves and personal hand sanitizer.
