The common Management Admission Test is a national-level competitive exam that is held once a year by the National Testing Agency (NTA) which is the conducting body of the CMAT exam. The test is taken for admission to Master of Business (MBA) programmes at the Management Schools/institutes across the country. NTA has been given the responsibility to conduct this exam since 2019.
The test is taken to candidates with the purpose to select suitable graduate candidates for admission to the Management Courses. The CMAT 2022 score will be accepted by all AICTE-approved institutions, university departments, constituent colleges, and affiliated colleges.
CMAT 2022 Answer Key Released: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the provisional answer key of the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2022 today on April 19, 2022 at the official website– cmat.nta.nic.in. Aspirants who have appeared in the exam can download the answer key from the official website — cmat.nta.nic.in.
The NTA has uploaded the provisional answer keys along with the question paper with recorded responses on the official portal.
Although, the CMAT 2022 entrance exam was conducted on April 9, 2022, in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
CMAT 2022: Steps To Download the answer key
- Visit the official website — cmat.nta.nic.in
- Click on the link of CMAT Answer Key
- Enter the CMAT Registration number and password
- Press on the submit tab
Candidates who are not satisfied with the answer key can challenge against the CMAT 2022 on April 21, 2022 at 11:50. Candidates will have to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs200 for each objection.
Based on the revised final answer key, the result will be prepared and declared. The key finalized by the experts after the challenge will be final. No challenge will be accepted after April 21, 2022, till 11:50 p.m.

CMAT 2022 Registration Begins- The National Testing Agency has started the application process for the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT. The NTA has declared this information on the official website. The online registration window for registration will remain open from February 16 to March 17, 2022, at 11:50 PM.
So, candidates are suggested to apply soon if they are interested in the entry for the CMAT 2022 for admission to management programmes. Interested candidates are advised to apply online at cmat.nta.nic.in.
CMAT 2022 question paper
Candidates will be asked questions from Quantitative Technique, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, and General Awareness. Apart from this, they will also have to answer from an optional section — Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Eligibility criteria for CMAT 2022 exam
Candidates belonging to the general category must hold a 3 years bachelor’s degree with a minimum overall aggregate of 50% and candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories need a minimum of 45% marks in their university degree. There is no limit age to apply for the CMAT 2022 exam

The CMAT exam 2021 had been conducted by NTA on March 31, 2021, in two shifts at various exam centres across the country.

Students who have qualified in the exam will have to appear for the next admission process like Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The final CMAT result will be announced after GD and PI rounds.
CMAT 2021: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will declare soon the CMAT 2021 admit cards (February session) for all those candidates who are going to enter the CMAT entrance exam this year. Note
Candidate attention please, the admit cards will not be sent by post as there is no option to send them. Candidates are advised to preserve their admit cards in good condition for future reference. The CMAT will be held two days – February 22 and February 27 which admit cards will be released separately.

Exam pattern:
Candidates will be asked questions from Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness. The CMAT will be held by an online computer-based exam.
CMAT 2021 Exam Dates
CMAT 2021 (February session) exam will be held on February 22 and February 27 in two shifts – shift – A and shift -B.
Shift – A will be started from 9 am to 12 pm while Shift – B will be initiated from 3 pm to 6 pm. The duration of the exams will remain for three hours.
Marking process:
- Each question carries 04 marks
- The candidate will be awarded 04 marks for each correct answer
- For each incorrect response, 01 mark will be deducted from the total score
- Un-answered/untouched questions will be given no marks
- In case a question is dropped due to some technical error, full marks shall be given to all the candidates who have attempted it.
CMAT score:
The CMAT score will be valid for admission for MBA courses by all AICTE- Approved Institutions / University Departments / Constituent Colleges /Affiliated Colleges.
Candidates are advised to carry only the following items at the respective exam centre, extra items are not allowed to bring to the exam hall:
- Admit Card along with Self Declaration downloaded
- A simple Ball Point Pen
- Additional photograph, to be pasted on Attendance Sheet
- Personal hand sanitizer
- Personal water bottle

- Self-attested copy of the CMAT admit card
- PAN Card
- Voter ID
- Passport
- Valid SC/ST certificate for reserved category candidates
